Vinona Malaguilla
Originally from Oakland, California, Vinona Malaguilla has studied Flamenco with Houston area teachers since 1993. Her training includes studies with Maria del Espadín, the Rodriguez Dance Academy and Lucia Rodriguez. Additionally, she has taken workshops from Antonio Granjero, Maria Benitez, La Tanya Flamenco, Susana de Palma, Linda Vega, Nana Lorca, Omyra Amaya, Rosa Maria Navarrete, Pablo Rodarte and Antonio Vargas. Vinona's prior dance experience includes modern dance in high school and college and two years of adult ballet. Vinona is the Solo Sevillanas company director, and she teaches the children¹s classes at Del Espadín Flamenco & Spanish Dance Academy.
